Wanganui Motors wins President’s Award 2024
Ford New Zealand announced the winners of its annual President’s Awards on 27th March at an event held in Auckland to celebrate the Ford Ranger being New Zealand’s best-selling vehicle for ten consecutive years.
The President’s Awards were announced at the dinner attended by Dealer Principal Mark Quirk. “I’m very proud of the team, this is a massive achievement in an industry that continues to become more challenging, and to win this award again is a true testament of the dedication and commitment by the team across all divisions in the dealership”.
The largest weighting for the President’s Award criteria is the Ford Customer Experience as measured by customer satisfaction scores.
The Ford Customer Experience is a key business priority for the company. Ford has implemented an extensive program to work closely with its dealerships to improve all aspects of the customer experience.
